State Grid Wuxi Power Supply Company Showcases Innovative Achievements at the 2025 World Internet of Things Expo

At the recently held 2025 World Internet of Things Expo, State Grid Wuxi Power Supply Company presented a series of smart energy innovations closely connected to everyday life, offering domestic and international visitors a glimpse into the new face of future power systems.

In the Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Interaction section, visitors can learn about the V2G pilot base established in Wuxi. This facility allows electric vehicles not only to charge but also to feed electricity back to the grid when needed, effectively balancing peak electricity demand—like a "mobile power bank" that supports the city's grid stability.

The Intelligent Equipment zone showcased various practical robots. Power robots can perform equipment operations and inspections with precision. The display also featured robotic dogs capable of moving freely inside cable tunnels, along with collaborative drone-robot technology that significantly reduces transmission maintenance time.

In the Artificial Intelligence section, the exhibits also emphasized practical applications. An AI video recognition system assists with cable installation, while digital employees and intelligent assistants help staff handle tasks efficiently, making grid management smarter and more convenient.
