"This is our busiest season, with production lines running almost 24/7. The proactive line inspections by the power supply company give us real peace of mind!" expressed the head of Yunshangcheng China (Xunwu) Citrus Science Park to visiting power service personnel. On November 5, State Grid Xunwu County Power Supply Company organized staff to conduct specialized electricity services for enterprises, ensuring stable and reliable power supply for the navel orange harvest season.
Inside the modern sorting facility of the Science Park, automated production lines operate at high speed, washing, sorting, and packaging navel oranges. Power personnel conducted comprehensive inspections of the enterprise's electrical equipment—including supply lines, distribution panels, and switches—ensuring the stable operation of core machinery to prevent impacts on production efficiency or fruit quality due to voltage fluctuations or line issues.
Ganzhou is renowned as the "World's Citrus Hometown." Since the 1980s, the local government has consistently promoted the navel orange industry through strategies like "Building a World-Famous Navel Orange Production Region" and "Cultivating a Cluster Industry Worth Over 100 Billion Yuan," transforming Gannan navel orange from simple cultivation into a modern industrial cluster integrating planting, processing, storage, and logistics.
As a product with national geographical indication recognition, the Gannan navel orange industry has seen continuous expansion and significantly enhanced brand influence in recent years. Data shows that in 2025, the cultivation area reached 1.94 million mu (approximately 129,333 hectares), with a brand value of 69.294 billion yuan, maintaining its position as the top regional brand in the fruit category for the 11th consecutive year.
