Two Major High-End Manufacturing Projects in Wuxi Successfully Energized

On January 3, two major provincial-level industrial projects in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China—the 110-kilovolt Shennan Circuit Project and the 110-kilovolt Atlas Project—were successfully energized and put into operation. With its high-quality electricity services, State Grid Wuxi Power Supply Company has provided strong momentum for the development of the local high-end manufacturing industry.

The enterprises behind the two projects are both core players in their respective fields. Wuxi Shennan Circuit Co., Ltd. is a benchmark enterprise in high-end electronics manufacturing, with its products widely used in fields such as artificial intelligence, computing, aviation, and electronics. Atlas Copco (Wuxi) Compressor Co., Ltd. is a globally leading industrial compressor manufacturer and plays a critical role in the high-end equipment industry chain.

Given the extremely high requirements of high-end manufacturing enterprises for power supply stability and connection efficiency, State Grid Wuxi Power Supply Company designated both projects as key service priorities from the outset. A dedicated service team was established to tailor power connection solutions for each enterprise. Company executives served as “project leads,” while client managers provided end-to-end coordination, delivering closed-loop services covering on-site surveys, scheme design, construction, and final power connection. As a result, the power connection period was shortened by 70 percent compared with similar projects.
