TFEP Cultural & Creative Tech Park: Revitalizing Yanta District’s Industrial Heritage

The TFEP Cultural and Creative Park, once a towel factory, has been transformed into a new community center. Through thoughtful adaptive reuse and renovation, the industrial site now hosts a diverse mix of new offerings, such as fresh-food supermarkets, lifestyle stores, restaurants, flower shops, and fish markets.

While retaining its original industrial style, the park has also added many creative studios and trendy restaurants, attracting young people to explore and socialize.

Beyond commerce, the park also focuses on cultural preservation and innovation. Various cultural events are held here, including art exhibitions, craft workshops, public science and cultural outreach programs, and community assistance activities, enriching local residents’ cultural and spiritual life.
