On April 20, staff from the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company conducted targeted inspections at the cherry planting base in Mulou Village, Wangzhao Township, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. Stable power supply was guaranteed to meet irrigation electricity needs during the cherry full-bloom period, supporting stable yields and higher incomes for the specialty planting industry.

At present, the over 250 mu (about 16.7 hectares) cherry base in Mulou Village is in full bloom. This stage places strict demands on moisture levels, and irrigation equipment must run continuously and reliably. A stable power supply directly impacts fruit set and fruit quality.

To precisely support spring farming, spring irrigation, and cherry flowering period management, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company organized staff to conduct comprehensive inspections of the base's power distribution lines, irrigation water pumps, and other facilities. Hidden hazards, including aging lines and poor contact, were rectified on-site. The company also distributed electrical safety brochures to growers and explained safe electricity usage guidelines for spring irrigation, enhancing farmers' awareness of safe and proper use of electricity.
