On May 11, State Grid Zhangye Power Supply Company provided a "one-stop" service to Gansu Hexi Silicon Industry New Materials Co., Ltd., covering policy interpretation, energy optimization, and safety inspections. Consuming approximately 1.389 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, the company is a key pillar of the local new materials industry.

Through a dedicated one-on-one coordination mechanism, more than 20 electricity-related challenges were resolved, helping the enterprise cut costs by over RMB 1.4 million. A customized Electricity Price Analysis Report guided the company in optimizing production schedules, yielding additional monthly savings of over RMB 40,000. Meanwhile, a power consumption monitoring ledger was established, reducing power losses by approximately 5%, and a "one customer, one file" system was implemented to support high-quality development of the regional new materials industry.
