In 2025, nonferrous metals enterprises above the designated size in Linchuan District, Fuzhou, recorded an output value of 34.192 billion yuan, up 20.46 percent year on year, as the district's distinctive local industries continued to gain momentum. Fuzhou Antong New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a nationally designated "little giant" enterprise recognized for its specialization and innovation, focuses on the research, development and production of high-end aluminum profiles. Its products are widely used in new energy vehicles, solar photovoltaics, rail transit and other sectors, and are exported to countries including Vietnam, India and Malaysia.

A stable, reliable power supply has underpinned the company's growth. When Fuzhou Antong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. established itself in Linchuan District in April 2022, Fuzhou Linchuan District Power Supply Branch of State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. proactively engaged with the company, developed a power supply plan tailored to its production load requirements and efficiently advanced construction of the supporting electrical infrastructure, helping the company start production smoothly and more quickly.

Today, Fuzhou Antong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. uses more than 5 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per month on average. Precision manufacturing of high-end aluminum products demands stringent power quality standards. With production lines operating around the clock, voltage fluctuations can affect the product qualification rate and put the delivery of overseas orders at risk. The Linchuan utility conducts regular, targeted electrical inspections, using infrared temperature measurement and other techniques to identify potential equipment faults, strengthen electrical safety measures and keep the company's production lines running smoothly.

To meet the development needs of the nonferrous metals industry, the utility has conducted more than 50 targeted electrical inspections at businesses. Alongside energy efficiency diagnostic services, these services help companies reduce energy costs in production, providing practical support for local businesses as they expand into international markets.
