To prevent electrical safety hazards and ensure stable and efficient production at small and micro enterprises, staff from the Eastern District Power Supply Center of State Grid Kaifeng Power Supply Company recently visited Kundexiang Food Processing Shop within the center’s service area. They carried out targeted on-site electrical safety inspections to safeguard the business’s production and operations through tailored power supply services.

In response to the problems found, the staff explained the causes and risk levels of the hazards on the spot and provided on-site guidance on addressing hazards that could be easily remedied. For problems requiring rectification within a time limit, they documented each issue, specifying the rectification standards, responsible persons and completion deadlines. Meanwhile, considering the production characteristics of small and micro enterprises and autumn electricity consumption patterns, the staff provided one-on-one instruction on safe electricity use for enterprise heads and frontline operators. They also conducted on-site training on practical matters such as routine equipment maintenance, proper operating procedures and emergency response to sudden faults.
