Based on the campus’s distinctive approach to student training and closely aligned with regional industrial development needs and graduating students’ career interests, this autumn job fair brought together more than 100 quality employers from the surrounding area to recruit on campus, offering more than 2,000 high-quality job openings in key fields such as food science, biomedicine, construction engineering, information technology, and education. At the fair, graduating students approached company representatives with carefully prepared resumes and made detailed inquiries about job requirements, career development prospects, and remuneration packages. More than 1,000 resumes were submitted on site, and more than 300 graduating students reached an initial understanding with employers about potential employment.
