Hubei Overseas Business Association Alliance Founded

On November 17, Hubei Overseas Business Association Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") was founded. The Alliance is committed to uniting the province's overseas business associations, overseas Chinese businessmen and fellow townsmen, and promoting the communication and cooperation between the associations and Hubei, as well as among the associations.

The inauguration ceremony of the Alliance is one of the newly added activities of this year's Huachuang Conference. According to Huang Chunhua, Chairman of the Alliance, the Alliance has gathered nearly 100 overseas Chinese communities from more than 30 countries and regions in the Americas, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.

In the future, the Alliance will mainly carry out publicity work, publicize new measures and new achievements relevant to Hubei's high-quality development, and promote Hubei's resource advantages, investment environment and projects, and cultural characteristics.

In terms of project cooperation, the Alliance will build a platform for investment cooperation and exchange in China and abroad, lead and encourage its members to participate in the development of the Belt and Road Initiative, enhance cooperation with overseas business associations in the fields of talent, technologies, economy and trade, and promote overseas high-level professionals and technologies to settle in Hubei.

In terms of friendly exchanges, the Alliance will play the role of overseas business associations in non-governmental diplomacy, promote friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries, expand Hubei's international "social circle", strengthen contacts and exchanges with Chinese embassies and consulates abroad, and provide the enterprises based in Hubei with services and support to help them "go global".

In terms of cultural exchanges, the Alliance will also organize overseas business associations to participate in exchange activities in the fields of culture, tourism and education held in Hubei.
