In early December, the first batch of foreign economic and trade delegations from Jiangxia District went to the Middle East. This was the first time in the past three years that Jiangxia District organized overseas investment promotion and economic and trade activities, officially marking the commencement of "going abroad".
As a leading enterprise in Jiangxia, CRRC Yangtze Group successfully signed a contract with the Saudi Railway Company, marking the resumption of the District's foreign economic and trade activities after three years and a key step taken by the District for promoting high-quality opening up in the post-epidemic era.

"Wuhan is acting as a national pilot city this time, and Jiangxia is taking the lead," said Zhang Fei, Secretary of CPC Jiangxia District Committee. Zhang further said that in the next step, Jiangxia District will send the second and third batches of economic and trade delegations to Europe, the Middle East, and other countries and regions, and fully support Jiangxia's foreign trade enterprises to expand their market shares, actively attract overseas high-quality projects to settle in Jiangxia, and create a new hub for opening up in China's central region.
