Hebei Shijiazhuang: Combine Awakening of Insects with Special Courses

The solar term of Awakening of Insects falls on March 6 this year, on which students in Shijiazhuang Jinma Primary School had a better understanding of this solar term through a wide range of activities including sand painting, scientific experiments, poetry singing, calligraphy and paintings, and farming projects.

In recent years, the Shijiazhuang Jinma Primary School has introduced traditional culture into the syllabi by offering hand-on practice courses themed 24 solar terms, integrating nature sciences and humanities.
