Qin Chuang Yuan Platform's Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park

Qin Chuang Yuan Platform's Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, situated at the intersection of Yanyin Road and Weisan Third Road within Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base, is a project being constructed by Xi’an Aerospace City Development Holding Group Co., Ltd. Covering an area of 160 mu, the industrial park has a total construction area of 215,600 sqm, with 176,500 sqm above ground and 39,000 sqm underground, along with The parking space for 797 vehicles. The construction work commenced in 2021 and is expected to be finished by 2024.

The Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is a premier destination for aerospace and additive manufacturing. The construction project aims to build modern and well-equipped workshops that are specifically designed for the R&D, production, and industrial support of industries related to intelligent equipment and new electronics. Furthermore, the industrial park also provides designated areas for public activities, enterprise exhibitions, and independent pilot-scale experiments. These efforts aim to establish the park as a comprehensive new platform for the industrial innovation and development within the aerospace industrial base while building a hub conducive to the growth of intelligent manufacturing.

In the industrial park, several buildings have been constructed to cater to different needs. One of the buildings is designed for office purposes with a monthly rent of CNY 45/sqm. Another building serves as an apartment that can be rented at a monthly rate of CNY 25/sqm. Two buildings are set up for R&D with a monthly rent of CNY 25/sqm. Furthermore, there are 15 workshops and an additional building that provides supporting services, which can be rented at a monthly rate of CNY 35/sqm.
