Shanxi Dingxiang Forged Flange Manufactures Exported to more than 40 Countries and Regions

Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province, located at the foot of Mount Wutai in Xinzhou City, acclaimed as the "flange capital of the world" and "the home of forging in China", is the national quality and safety demonstration zone of export forged flange manufactures, and the national demonstration base of foreign trade transformation.

In 2022, forged flange manufactures from Dingxiang County exported to more than 40 countries and regions all over the world. It is understood that the flanges produced in Dingxiang County are widely used in petrochemical, water conservancy and electric power, aerospace, military and nuclear power and other high-end fields, establishing a stable supply relationship with CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC, State Grid  Corporation of China, Shell, Gomez, Vestas and other global top 500 enterprises. At present, the annual export volume of Dingxiang County forged steel flanges accounts for 70 percent nationwide, and the annual export volume of flanges accounts for more than 30 percent of the country.

Dingxiang County won the title of "Demonstration County of High Quality Development in Shanxi Province" and created ten brands, making Dingxiang flange industry into a new era of bigger, stronger and more refined. In 2022, "Dingxiang Flange" was successfully selected as one of the first ten provincial key specialized town. At present, there are 26 group companies and 189 forging enterprises in Dingxiang County, among which 165 have independent export license. China WTO National Notification Center Shanxi Forged Flange Research Base, the National Quality and Safety Demonstration Zone of Export Forged Flange Manufactures and other platforms lay a solid foundation for the flange industry in Dingxiang.
