Chengdu's Xindu District to Launch 16 Education Projects with a Planned Investment of CNY 4 Billion

Recently, Xindu District in Chengdu held a groundbreaking ceremony for education projects scheduled for 2023. The projects include 5 kindergartens, 8 compulsory education institutions, and 3 high schools, with a total planned investment of nearly CNY 4 billion. Once completed, these projects will provide over 22,000 additional accesses to education. The allocation of high-quality and balanced educational resources in Xindu District will further improve, resulting in an increasing number of excellent schools available to local residents.

These newly constructed schools will cater to the enrollment needs of students of different ages, injecting new vitality into the high-quality development of education in Xindu.

Over the past three years, Xindu District has built or expanded 35 primary and secondary schools as well as kindergartens, ensuring the availability of new school facilities every year. Additionally, Xindu District has actively attracted prestigious schools and promoted demonstration and radiation effects, facilitating the establishment of newly built schools with a high starting point and high-quality education.
