Since the establishment of the Giant Panda National Park in 2021, the Chengdu Management Branch of the Giant Panda National Park has actively carried out background resource surveys to continue to understand the biodiversity background in the area. It has also strengthened in-depth cooperation with first-class universities and scientific research institutes at home and abroad, and has carried out special surveys of snow leopards, special surveys of natural resources, and surveys of cultural and tourism resources to provide basic information, development direction and scientific support for the implementation of conservation plans, formulation of conservation measures and scientific research, eco-tourism, foreign affairs cooperation, etc.

Chengdu continues to strengthen the standardized management and branding of agricultural and sideline products in the area. Nine ecological products in the area, including Loquat Tea and Qingcheng Xueya Tea, have been certified as "original ecological products of the Giant Panda National Park".

Chengdu continues to strengthen the construction of communities at the entrance to the Giant Panda National Park and develop ecological industries according to local conditions. In Longmenshan Town, Pengzhou City, one of the key entrance communities planned for the Giant Panda National Park, the Panda Xiangshan Scenic Area was developed and constructed through government leadership, village collective economic participation, and mass self-financing. In the year of its opening, villagers already received dividends.

From ecological beauty, to industrial prosperity, to the prosperity of the people, the Chengdu area of the Giant Panda National Park is actively exploring and developing a development path of green ecology with the participation, co-construction and sharingof all people.
