Jinghe New City Holds the Industry Conference

On April 25, the "Belt and Road" Smart Home Industry Conference and 2024 Xi'an iDesign Week kicked off at the Origin Home Building Materials Lifestyle Mall in Xixian New Area's Jinghe New City. The event aims to foster discussion on the development of smart home industry, innovative exhibition and trade models, and the pursuit of a high-quality future.

Opening Ceremony

It's reported that this conference and design week, centered around the idea of "using design as a means, culture as the core, and the market as the driving force," connects major home furnishing and creative design industries along the Silk Road. With an exhibition area of 280,000 sqm, the event brings together over 300 home furnishing brand manufacturers and distributors showcasing modern lifestyle aesthetics, alongside nearly 100 pioneering designers, contemporary artists, and lifestyle aesthetes curating dozens of themed exhibitions and artistic displays.

On the day of opening ceremony, various events took place concurrently, including the China Home Furnishing Industry Chain Coordinated Development and "Belt and Road" Forum on Smart Home Trends, the National Launch Ceremony of the Light of Asian Youth Designers 2024, the National Launch Ceremony of the 2024 Kapok Design Awards, the National Launch Ceremony of the 40 UNDER 40 Design Young Leaders 2024 and Urban Rankings (Western Region) Award Ceremony 2023, the Origin Land Art Festival - Xi'an iDesign Week Forum (I), the Opening Ceremony of the 22nd Origin Home Expo and Order Fair, and the 2024 Xi'an iDesign Week Banquet.

"I'm extremely thankful for this event, which has allowed me to connect with so many young designers. It's sparked my design inspiration, and I'm thrilled to be here at the design conference in Jinghe New City," shared Jan Clostermann, the founder and design director of CLOU Architects, during an interview.

Additionally, the industry conference will last for four days. During this period, there will also be other events such as the GIA Western Conference and 2024 Urban Design Business Card Award Ceremony, the 2023 In-Home Award Annual Selection of China Housing Spatial Design and Urban Top Ten Designer Award Ceremony, and the 2024 Western Material Selection Gold Medal Service Provider and Super Store Manager Award Ceremony.
