On July 26, at the Taimiao Material Warehouse in Changge City, Xuchang City, Henan Province, storage management personnel from the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company meticulously sorted out the emergency materials for flood control and emergency repair in summer. They promptly updated the materials ledger and pre-emptively equipped 18 substations with essential flood control materials, making every effort to confront the impending round of rainstorms and flooding disasters.

To effectively manage the provision of materials for flood control and emergency repair in summer, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has conducted a thorough review and inventory check of crucial items such as transformers, distribution boxes, cables, and cable accessories stored in the warehouses. The Company has dynamically updated the real-time ledger and carried out emergency drills to ensure emergency material supply, guaranteeing a swift response and timely provision of materials for power grid repair and supply. The Company has also strengthened routine inspections within warehouses, and conducted comprehensive checks on the integrity and usability of existing flood control materials, to ensure the reliability and availability of these materials and facilities. Furthermore, staff are required to inspect and maintain loading and unloading equipment within the warehouses, ensuring that the equipment is always in good working condition to firmly establish a safety barrier.
