Innovation Leadership and Digital Intelligence Empowerment

From July 12 to 25, 2024, the first Staff Innovation Festival of State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company Limited, under the theme of "Be Grateful as We Work Hard and Gather Innovative Forces," was held in Xi'an. On the opening day, three events were held, including a conference on staff innovation achievements, an exhibition of innovation achievements, and a craftsman forum, which were attended by nearly 1,000 staff members.

The latest eight outstanding innovations were showcased at the conference. The exhibition of innovation achievements was divided into seven sections, including the Innovation Gateway, Illuminating Themes, Innovation Base, Innovative People, Achievement Exhibition Area, Craftsman Exhibition Area, and Transformation and Exchange Area, with a total of 18 thematic pavilions displaying 159 physical technology innovations created by 34 model worker and craftsman talent innovation studios. This is a concrete practice of State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company Limited to promote the transformation of technical achievements of the staff  vigorously .

During the event, five professional forums were held on power transmission, transformation, distribution, marketing, and digitalization. 18 thematic pavilion days were organized at exhibition venues, including technical innovation seminars, innovation culture salons, and creators' experience sharing, to showcase innovation achievements, build an exchange platform, create an innovative atmosphere, and gather innovative forces.
