Since 2024, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company has empowered the real economy with high-quality electricity, helped private enterprises grow and strengthen, and promoted the development of the private economy.

In Xichuan County, Nanyang City, Henan Province, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company has launched a pilot electricity service to meet the needs of enterprises in advance, complete the construction of supporting projects, and advance power services to project investment negotiations, land transfers, and other stages. The company strives to provide services as soon as the project is signed, start supporting facilities as soon as the construction begins, and receive electricity as soon as the land is delivered, allowing enterprises to open their doors to receive electricity; Under the tight schedule and heavy workload, the renovation of power lines and the construction of supporting projects were completed, and the hard measures of building a good network, supplying good electricity, and providing good services were implemented in detail. This ensured the rapid landing of 14 new projects, including Pingmei Three Responsibilities, Fusen Pharmaceutical Culture Industry Park, and Xishui Building Materials, and 22 projects were completed and put into operation, guaranteeing the development of the private industrial chain; Organize large-scale visits to 149 key enterprises to provide specialized services and fully ensure their production and efficiency.

In 2024, Xichuan County focused on introducing high-quality projects with four billion yuan industrial clusters, namely automobile parts, modern Chinese medicine, new building materials, and new materials.
