Guided by the staff, the foreign nationals visited the area of "Workers' Harbor" which is a convenient service venue where the China Construction Bank actively provides services for workers at its business outlets. Bodhipaksege Samith Manuranga from Sri Lanka was deeply impressed by the "Workers' Harbor" project. "I believe this project demonstrates humanistic care and the social responsibility of financial institutions. It allows more members of this society to feel the warmth of financial services, and such initiatives should not be limited to banks. All social institutions should promote them."

On the spot, the foreign nationals tried out the smart teller machines at the outlet, experiencing the age-friendly smart services offered by China's financial institutions. Mario Pascal from Indonesia shared his impressions of the visit. "What surprised me is how easy it is to operate the smart teller machines. They are extremely convenient for elderly individuals and those with physical disabilities. In my opinion, these age-friendly initiatives are very meaningful, and I hope that Indonesia can also adopt them in the future."
