State Grid Sanmenxia Enhances Services to Support Green Transport for Heavy Trucks

On July 10, staff from State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company visited the charging station of Henan Zhengyang Energy Trading Co., Ltd. to inspect key equipment such as distribution boxes and transformers. Potential safety hazards were promptly identified and eliminated, ensuring reliable power supply for heavy truck transportation.

As new energy vehicles become increasingly prevalent and the green transformation of road freight logistics accelerates, electric heavy trucks are playing an ever-growing role in freight transport. To support the development of charging infrastructure, State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company has taken a practical and efficient approach. By proactively visiting charging station operators, the company has conducted safety assessments, provided tailored guidance on electricity usage, and continuously improved service quality.

Since 2024, the company has offered end-to-end services for 14 heavy truck charging stations. It has also established a rapid response mechanism, introduced a fast-track application process for charging stations, and built a regional coordination mechanism covering Henan, Shaanxi, and Shanxi provinces. These efforts have supported the completion and operation of six dedicated heavy truck charging stations along major coal transport routes, including the Lianyungang-Khorgos Expressway and National Highway 310. The stations meet the demand for “10-minute charging and 200-kilometer range,” providing strong power support for the green upgrade of vital energy transport corridors.

Looking ahead, State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company will continue to strengthen services for heavy truck charging stations through regular customer visits and safety inspections. It will further integrate power supply services with a favorable business environment, ensure reliable electricity for the wide-scale adoption of new energy heavy trucks, and contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of Sanmenxia through more efficient and intelligent power solutions.
