"Village-Grid Co-construction" Guarantees Power Supply for Autumn Harvest and Sowing

In the golden month of September, corn fields turn yellow, and rural households are busy with the autumn harvest. As the harvest season approaches, State Grid Dezhou Power Supply Company has launched a special "Village-Grid Co-construction" campaign to guarantee power supply for autumn harvest and sowing. This initiative supports agricultural production and contributes to rural revitalization.

In Pingyuan County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, where the joy of harvest is just around the corner, the local power supply company has made advance arrangements. Relying on the "Village-Grid Co-construction" power stations, it has established a "Direct Power Service" mechanism to ensure that farmers' electricity-related issues are "resolved the same day without delay".

Given the frequent operation of agricultural machinery during the autumn harvest, Pingyuan County Power Supply Company has installed over 1,200 anti-collision warning sleeves on electric poles around farmland, rectified 195 potential hazards such as loose guy wires, and distributed reflective anti-collision stickers to agricultural machinery operators to strengthen on-site safety reminders. Meanwhile, it has innovatively promoted a "grid-based + digital" service model: taking power supply stations as units, it has formed "Autumn Harvest Power Protection Teams" that go deep into the fields to conduct safety promotion, distributing a total of more than 2,000 electricity usage manuals. Additionally, the company has adopted a combined approach of "drone inspection + manual special inspection" to conduct a comprehensive inspection of 87 agricultural distribution lines in advance, focusing on resolving prominent issues such as overloading of distribution transformers.

In the "Village-Grid Co-construction" campaign, the local power supply company also uses an "Intelligent Service Platform" to monitor the load fluctuations of agriculture-related enterprises in real time. It has assigned dedicated account managers to provide 24-hour emergency response, making every effort to ensure sufficient power supply for enterprises engaged in autumn grain collection and storage. In terms of supporting characteristic agriculture, targeting industries such as Qiuyue pears in Zhanghua Town, Pingyuan County, Dezhou, the power supply company has provided "zero-distance" services. It has implemented "one-on-one" operation and maintenance for cold storage facilities and electric drying equipment of 28 cooperatives in the county, and has so far renovated 35 kilometers of old power lines. For the intelligent agricultural demonstration zone in Santang Township, it has added 3 distribution transformers, helping the zone realize automatic control of integrated water and fertilizer management, which saves 20 percent of water per mu.

Grain enterprises are the guarantee for a successful autumn harvest. Pingyuan Power Supply Company has organized special service teams to carry out paired services with key grain enterprises such as Luwang Agricultural Group. These teams have conducted "health checks" on electrical equipment in areas such as drying workshops and grain depots. They have established "one enterprise, one file" electricity usage records for grain processing enterprises, and used technologies such as drones and infrared temperature measurement to detect and address potential hazards. The company has also opened a "Green Channel for Autumn Harvest Electricity Usage", providing "same-day acceptance and next-day power supply" services for emergency capacity expansion. So far, it has completed emergency capacity expansion for two enterprises.

Up to now, the local power supply company has deployed 620 person-times for autumn harvest power protection. In the next step, it will continue to deepen the "Village-Grid Co-construction" service model, promote in-depth integration of power services with modern agriculture, provide reliable power guarantee for autumn harvest and sowing, and inject strong impetus into rural revitalization.
