In recent years, the metal furniture industry in Zhangshu, Jiangxi Province, has been transforming from traditional manufacturing to high-end intelligent production. The extensive use of advanced equipment—such as laser cutters and robotic welding arms—has posed new challenges to the reliability of the power supply. As a result, a stable and high-quality electricity supply has become the "lifeline" safeguarding the industry's quality and competitiveness.

To ensure stable and efficient power supply, State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Company has proactively upgraded its service model. Based on the industrial park's specific energy needs, the company has established a "one-on-one" enterprise liaison mechanism and provides customized Power Butler services. Ahead of peak demand periods, specialized teams use drones and infrared thermography to carry out detailed inspections of the park's power lines and equipment, enabling the "early detection and prompt resolution" of potential risks.

At the same time, the company is accelerating the deployment of power distribution automation and smart transformer areas to strengthen the grid's "self-healing" capabilities, and has established a three-tier, 24-hour contact system—linking grid managers, dedicated butlers, and emergency teams—that ensures "minute-level" responses to faults, providing a strong "safety umbrella" for the industry's intelligent manufacturing upgrade.
Driven by a robust and green smart grid, the industrial cluster now enjoys an "energy expressway" that ensures smooth and efficient operations. This has enabled the Zhangshu metal furniture industry to transition seamlessly from "handcrafted workshops" to "intelligent manufacturing," powering Jiangxi-made products as they set sail toward global markets.
