State Grid Cixi Power Supply Company: Proactive Services Fully Support Construction of Nantong-Suzhou-Jiaxing-Ningbo High-Speed Railway

To ensure the smooth progress of the Cixi section of the Nantong-Jiaxing-Ningbo High-Speed Railway, a key provincial project, the State Grid Cixi Power Supply Company took the initiative to provide forward‑leaning services. On March 10, it organized a special service team to go deep into the Cixi Railway Station project site to carry out precise docking with the construction party on the temporary power supply for construction and subsequent formal power demand. The company innovatively launched a distinctive service model of "Power Ahead of High-Speed Rail", fully supporting the high-speed railway construction with reliable power supply.

At the project site, the account manager from the State Grid Cixi Power Supply Company gained a detailed understanding of the construction progress and power load at key nodes, answered questions one by one concerning power supply issues, and conducted on-site investigations and preliminary confirmations on the construction schedule of substations, the selection of power supply locations, and other crucial plans. To fully support this key livelihood project, the company proactively adjusted its service philosophy from a "projects first" model to a "power ahead" one. According to the on-site person in charge, the core of "power ahead"  lies in early intervention and contract-based coordination.The company has integrated power supply for the high-speed rail project into its whole power grid construction planning. It took the initiative to communicate with the construction party as early as the project planning stage and established a "one-on-one" dedicated service mechanism. Through reverse scheduling of the construction period and wall-chart management, the traditional linear approval processed has been optimized to parallel  ones. Power supply lines were deployed in advance, and the construction of supporting substations was launched ahead of schedule.

"We must ensure that the progress of power facilities construction always stays ahead of the needs of the main project construction," said the person in charge. Through full-process support, the power facility projects will be seamlessly connected with the construction of the high-speed rail station building, achieving "acceptance upon completion and uninterrupted operation upon commissioning", providing a solid energy guarantee for the smooth opening of the high-speed railway in November 2027.

Going forward with the "Power Ahead of High-Speed Rail" service as the starting point, the State Grid Cixi Power Supply Company will establish a regular consultation mechanism, and track the whole process of power supply for the project in real time. With efficient and reliable power services, it will help Cixi accelerate its entry into the "high-speed rail era".
