State Grid Ezhou Power Supply Company: A "Single Map" Reshapes Emergency Power Supply System for Transformer Areas

Recently, at the May power supply reliability field exercise of State Grid Ezhou Power Supply Company, the "Single Map" for mobile emergency generator connection in transformer areas, independently innovated and drawn by State Grid Ezhou Huarong District Power Supply Company, received high praise. The map is highly practical, referenceable, reproducible, and promotable, and is expected to be incorporated into the emergency power supply system of Ezhou City and fully implemented.

This map, hailed as an accurate and practical "battle map" for emergency power supply, covers 1,878 public transformers in the jurisdiction. It is classified into four colors: green, yellow, red, and black, fundamentally solving the pain points of "inaccessible, unconnectable, and slow response" for mobile emergency generators.

Using the "Single Map" as a fulcrum, State Grid Ezhou Huarong District Power Supply Company synchronously upgraded a complete set of new emergency power restoration mechanisms. It established a rapid startup system of "warning equals response", where if power cannot be restored within 15 minutes, mobile emergency generators are dispatched, spare parts are mobilized, and commanders arrive at the scene simultaneously; It promoted a green channel of "combining peacetime and wartime, accepting missing materials temporarily and replenishing later", with materials directly issued online and quickly dispatched from warehouses; It strengthened the on-site control of "unified command, parallel operations", promoting multiple links synchronously for efficient connection; It normalized the practical drills for extreme scenarios such as road blockages, shortage of spare parts, and loss of personnel contact, comprehensively improving emergency repair resilience.

The primary person in charge of the company stated that they will continue to optimize emergency processes, strengthen practical capabilities, and improve service quality and efficiency. With faster responses, more precise emergency power supply, and more heartwarming services, they aim to inject strong power momentum into the high-quality economic and social development of the region.
