Positioned as the green heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), Conghua offers unique competitive advantages. It boasts a 69.1% forest coverage rate, a seamless transit network featuring a 40-minute subway connection to downtown Guangzhou, and a solid industrial foundation anchored by the Conghua Food Industrial Park. Crucially, investors gain direct access to the GBA's massive market of over 80 million consumers, backed by premium local infrastructure and favorable land-use policies.
The 76 unveiled resources present diverse, large-scale opportunities. Highlights include over 210,000 mu (14,000 hectares) of land for premium planting, 3,000 mu for large-scale breeding, and extensive facilities dedicated to food processing and cold chain logistics. Furthermore, the district is actively seeking professional operators to develop 7,400 mu of agri-tourism projects and to transform over 1,000 idle rural properties into boutique homestays and creative hubs.
To guarantee project success, Conghua is providing end-to-end services paired with substantial financial incentives. The district allocates over 30 million yuan in annual agricultural subsidies, with major industry cluster projects eligible for awards of up to 200 million yuan.
Designating 2026 as its "Year of Modern Agricultural and Rural Investment Promotion," Conghua aims to achieve a 10% year-on-year growth in agricultural output by fostering a premier, business-friendly environment for global capital.
