The "Three Summer" farming season—summer harvesting, planting, and field management—is now in full swing across Shaanxi. Across the province, farmers are making full use of favorable weather to harvest wheat and rapeseed and carry out summer grain sowing. As of June 10, the province had harvested 5.6153 million mu of wheat and 2.6086 million mu of rapeseed, while summer grain sowing had been completed on 4.0509 million mu, with progress advancing steadily. State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. has made coordinated deployments and moved services to the front line, focusing on key stages such as wheat harvesting, grain drying, farmland irrigation, and rice transplanting. The company is strengthening power supply safeguards across the board to support food security with reliable electricity.

In major grain-producing areas of Guanzhong, including Xi'an, Baoji, and Weinan, State Grid Shaanxi staff have been going deep into the fields to carry out blanket inspections of agricultural power lines, transformer service areas for irrigation wells, and grain-drying equipment. They have worked to eliminate risks such as aging equipment and unauthorized wiring, and to prevent farm machinery from damaging power facilities. In response to frequent rain showers during the summer harvest, several areas have established 24-hour emergency repair duty mechanisms, closely tracked electricity demand for grain drying, implemented a "one site, one file, one specialist" service model, and reserved backup power sources to ensure timely grain drying.

At the same time, State Grid Shaanxi has improved its provincial-municipal-county coordination mechanism and deepened government-enterprise collaboration. It has comprehensively assessed electricity loads during the busy farming season, opened fast-track channels for agricultural power services, streamlined power connection procedures, and ensured that electricity requests are accepted and handled quickly. Operation and maintenance teams are strictly controlling planned outages during the busy farming period and relying on efficient emergency repair mechanisms to ensure rapid fault handling, providing strong power support across Shaanxi for a bumper grain harvest and higher farmer incomes.
