On July 3, the construction site of the Chongqing-Guizhou Back-to-Back Networking Project's Chongqing-Guizhou Converter Station was busy. On the north side of the station area, a 181-meter-long, 16.6-meter-wide, and 17.6-meter-high GIS distribution room building is gradually taking shape. With the on-site command personnel issuing the lifting instructions, a 20-meter-long, 5.8-ton steel column was smoothly lifted by a crane and accurately positioned at the designated installation point of the 500 kV GIS distribution room.
