Foreign Internet Influencers Tour Huangshan in Anhui to Explore Hui Culture

On June 24, Daka China: Meet at The Yangtze River Delta - Online International & Communicative Activity moved on to Huangshan City in Anhui Province. Internet influencers from the UK, Italy, Croatia, Mexico, Spain, Venezuela and other countries visited Xidi Ancient Village in Yi County, where they got to enjoy the charms of Huangshan.

With its mild climate and lush vegetation, Huangshan is an important ecological barrier in East China. Renowned for its distinctive pines, rock formations, sea of clouds, hot springs and winter snowfall, Huangshan is also home to numerous World Cultural and Natural Heritage sites, as well as the World Geopark. It is also a member of the World Network of Biosphere Reserves.

The first stop for the video bloggers was Xidi Ancient Village in Yi County. Situated in the south of Anhui Province, Xidi Village in Yi County is a world cultural heritage site. As soon as they entered Xidi Village, foreign Internet influencers were taken in by the ancient architectural complex. Built more than 950 years before, the villages feature rolling hills and breathtaking scenery. Over 300 ancient dwellings from the Ming and Qing dynasties remain there to this day.

“Amazing! It's a wonder of nature!" Photographer Martin Stokic from Croatia marveled at the Xidi Stone Forest. The Xidi Stone Forest is a unique geological landform in Yi County, Anhui Province. The scenic spot also features captivating views of "pastoral fields and flower seas", with flowers blossoming year round, tempting one to linger.
