The "Celebrating Chinese Festivals with International Friends—Reunion of All, Full Moon for Us" event, sponsored by the Information Office of Liaoning Provincial People's Government in conjunction with the Information Office of Shenyang Municipal People's Government and CRI Online Liaoning, recently took place in Shenyang. Six families from Ireland, Germany, the United States, Syria, Yemen, and Iran participated in the event.

During the event, the foreign visitors, looking to experience Chinese culture and capture the atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, were invited to try on Hanfu (traditional Han attire).

Li Fengyan, a fifth-generation inheritor from Shenyang Li's Sugar Figurine Making Techniques Project, an Intangible Cultural Heritage Project of Liaoning Province, made a vivid Little Jade Rabbit with just a few simple strokes.

The foreign guests had the opportunity to try their hands at mooncakes with lotus seed paste under the guidance of expert pastry chefs.
