During their visit to the Shaanxi Animation Industry Platform, the ambassadors' wives had an opportunity to explore Johere Comic Technology and the Mark of Xi'an City Culture and Creativity Design Company and see how Chinese history and culture could be harnessed for greater exposure through the original Tang Niu, Tangfugui, and Xixi Anan IPs.
Christiane Bokpe Adovelande, the wife of Benin's ambassador to China, said, "Creative IPs serve as effective channels for the dissemination of culture. Chinese culture is well integrated with foreign elements in these cultural and creative products. I witness the power of cultural exchange through these adorable cartoon characters."

Beilin District launched its characteristic block pilot project in 2019, seeking first and foremost subtle renewal and gentle transformation for its old buildings alongside innovative new business models in the four district blocks of Xunwei, Xinyi Alley, Yueye, and Youxi. The Old Market Culture and Creative District officially opened its doors for trial operation during the Labor Day holiday in 2021 with a unique blend of traditional street culture and a trendy new atmosphere.

Lina Maria Bacon Garcia, the wife of Nicaragua's ambassador to China, said, "The Old Market Culture and Creative District embraces innovative ideas while integrating new forms of business with the original architectural structures. This District is impressive, and it also offers the younger generation an environment for both consumption and leisure activities. Furthermore, culture plays a vital role in development. Beilin District's approaches of protecting ancient and modern elements should be promoted as models."
