Leshan Bobo Chicken, Linjiang shredded eel, Sichuan Cold Noodles... Authentic Sichuan cuisine gathered together at the first Anyi Food Festival, hosted by Sichuan Tourism Investment Group, which opened in Chengdu on October 31st.

This Anyi Food Festival offers a new experience of Sichuan cuisine to local citizens and visitors, allowing people from all walks of life to experience the unique charm of Sichuan cuisine. According to reports, the festival's main dishes are the special dishes of the State Guesthouse and local specialties of Sichuan, such as snowflake beef, abalone with thick sauce, charcoal-grilled oysters, Leshan Bobo chicken, Linjiang shredded eel, and so on. The featured dishes are displayed at site, while also being presented in buffet form, allowing diners to learn about Sichuan cuisine and culture up close and taste delicious food.

The relevant person for Sichuan Tourism Investment Group stated that the purpose of this food festival is to allow more people to enter, experience, and remember the ease of Sichuan, while also further promoting and publicizing local Sichuan cuisine. By using food to carry culture and innovation to promote consumption, the festival is constantly contributing wisdom and strength to the inheritance and development of Sichuan cuisine culture.
