State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company Helps Development of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industry

Recently, staff from the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company have been visiting the duck farming base in Daluzhuang, Malang Town, Yanling County, Xuchang City, Henan Province. They assist users in inspecting the electrical lines and equipment of the greenhouses, identify potential safety hazards in electricity use, and provide detailed explanations of safe electricity use and daily electricity use precautions to users.

In Dalu Zhuang, Malan Town, the community has actively developed industries such as the cultivation of specialty agricultural products and livestock breeding. With an investment of over 400,000 yuan, a duck farming base covering more than 20 mu was established. The base houses over 20,000 ducks, producing over 30 baskets of duck eggs and more than 6,000 eggs daily. The annual income exceeds nearly one million yuan, employing over 100 local villagers and helping more than 20 households to increase their income and become wealthy.

In order to provide excellent power services and support the collective economic development of Dalu Zhuang Village, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has added a 100 kVA distribution transformer to the village, installed a 400-volt distribution line for the breeding base, and ensured that the power lines directly reach the base.

Rural revitalization requires electricity to take the lead. The State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company will combine the development needs of local rural characteristic industries, promote rural electrification according to local conditions, and help the development of characteristic planting and animal husbandry industries.
