On August 23, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company organized staff to visit Henan Shoushan Thermal Energy Co., Ltd. and provided on-site guidance to enterprise customers on interpreting energy efficiency bills, helping enterprises to accurately regulate electricity consumption and achieve energy conservation and efficiency improvement.

In order to further optimize the electricity business environment and continuously provide power supply services for the operation and development of enterprises, the State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has focused on ensuring power supply, reducing costs and increasing efficiency. In recent days, it has organized staff to visit more than 30 enterprises in the industrial cluster area of Xiangcheng County, Xuchang City, Henan Province, listen to customers' electricity needs, answer on-site inquiries from enterprises about power supply services, and solve customers' actual problems.

During the visit, the staff conducted temperature checks on the power supply equipment and lines of the enterprise, identified potential electrical safety hazards, and ensured the healthy operation of the equipment. At the same time, the staff conducted on-site inspections and face-to-face communication to gain a detailed understanding of the enterprise's production and operation, electricity load, development plans, and other situations. Based on the different requirements of the enterprise's electrical equipment for power supply reliability, they put forward reasonable suggestions for electricity consumption, actively guiding the enterprise to use electricity efficiently and reasonably, and effectively reducing electricity costs.
