31st China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair Kicks Off in Yangling, Shaanxi

The 31st China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair (CAF for short) kicked off in Yangling, Shaanxi Province on October 25.

This year's CAF, under the theme of "Cultivating New Quality Productive Forces for Agriculture", focuses on innovation-driven development services, food security, rural revitalization, and major national diplomatic strategies. Organized through online and offline arrangements, encompassing on-site and offsite activities, and fostered by international cooperation, the event features eight exhibition pavilions (zones) namely the High-tech Agricultural Achievement Exhibition, which showcase advancements in agricultural new quality productive forces, the International Agricultural Exchange and Cooperation Exhibition, the Shaanxi Characteristic Modern Agriculture Exhibition, the Agricultural Practical Technology Promotion Exhibition, the Smart Agricultural Machinery Equipment Exhibition, the Famous, Special, Premium, and New Agricultural Product Exhibition, the Farming Culture Exhibition, and the Seed Exhibition and Trading Market. Additionally, the event has invited over 1,800 enterprises from 28 Chinese provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) such as Beijing and Anhui, as well as from nine national agricultural high-tech zones. It also welcomes participants from 49 countries, including SCO member states such as the Netherlands and Japan to participate in the exhibition.

Notably, the CAF's overseas exhibitions of this section were held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Almaty, Kazakhstan. The 2nd Central Asia Shaanxi Apple Festival took place at the local SCO Agricultural Base China (Shaanxi) Commodity Trading Center. This event showcased Shaanxi's distinctive agricultural products, technologies, and machinery, intending to enhance the influence of overseas CAF Exhibition.
