State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Fully Mobilizes to Secure Electricity for Spring Plowing and Farming Preparation

Currently, the Liaoning region has entered a critical period for spring plowing and farming preparations. State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Supply Co., Ltd. has been carefully deploying related efforts, including strengthening the management of power supply for agricultural pumping well facilities and conducting safety inspections, in a bid to meet the electricity needs of agricultural operations and support rural revitalization.

The electricity supply for agricultural pumping wells is crucial for ensuring high and stable grain yields. To this end, State Grid Liaoning Electric Power has organized 14 municipal and 76 county-level power supply companies to establish a collaborative linkage mechanism with the agriculture and rural affairs bureaus at the municipal and county levels, comprehensively advancing the construction and management of power facilities in high-standard farmlands and providing electrical support for agricultural irrigation facilities.

State Grid Liaoning Electric Power has conducted a comprehensive investigation of the power facilities used for agricultural pumping wells, categorizing and establishing ledgers. Leveraging the electricity information collection system and other measures, the company monitors users’ electricity consumption and analyzes the electrical quantity of agricultural irrigation and drainage users, thereby providing data support for agriculture and rural affairs departments in making decisions regarding high-standard irrigation and drainage power methods and other relevant matters.

Since February, State Grid Liaoning Electric Power has focused on ensuring supply during the agricultural season. It has proactively used a maintenance and operation model combining "manual inspections + machine patrols + live-line testing", utilized a "carpet-style" approach to identify and rectify equipment hazards, and prioritized clearing transmission line corridors to prevent hazards such as bird damage and external disruptions, fully ensuring the safe and stable supply of electricity.

To expedite electricity service applications for spring irrigation equipment, State Grid Liaoning Electric Power has also opened a green channel, providing convenient power access services such as "QR code application", "facial recognition enrollment", and "single-certificate processing", thereby streamlining the power access process.

State Grid Liaoning Electric Power has established 517 "Village and Grid Co-construction" electricity convenience service demonstration sites throughout the province. This initiative has further enhanced the responsiveness of front-end electricity supply services, cumulatively assisting in resolving electricity-related issues on 135 occasions.
