CIB Xi'an Branch: Offers Tailored Solutions to Support Enterprises Going Global and Overcome the Challenges of Globalization

On May 27, 2025, ten foreign experts from ten countries visited Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. (CIB) Xi'an Branch to conduct field research on financial services that facilitate Xi'an enterprises' "going global".

Foreign experts try how to operate the CIB Butler (International) system

To address tariff barriers and exchange rate fluctuations in international trade, Industrial Bank offers differentiated services for enterprises going global, which consist of three pillars: financing + hedging + think tank. The CIB Butler (International) platform has been built up, making it more efficient to receive and disburse money. Moreover, Industrial Bank offers several different tools for hedging exchange rate risk, including forwards, swaps and options; launched a global funds management platform; and has established a multi-level product system including letters of credit, documentary bills, guarantees, and forfaiting. Leveraging Hong Kong branches and a network of overseas partner banks, Industrial Bank delivers local account opening and credit-granting services.
In addition, Industrial Bank provides intellectual support for enterprises to "go global". On the one hand, information sharing among enterprises, governments and banks is realized by interfacing with cross-border public service platforms around the world and building a policy sharing window. On the other hand, leveraging its capacity to undertake research, Industrial Bank provides customers with an in-depth analysis of macroeconomics, commodities and foreign exchange market, as well as industry analysis, which offers insight into international trends and industrial prospects and supports the steady and healthy development of cross-border business.
