Recently, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company successfully completed the installation and renovation of a backup power supply for the Rehabilitation and Wellness Center at Xinye County People’s Hospital in Nanyang, Henan. This project provides solid power support for the Center’s development.

To ensure a stable power supply, the State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company dispatched specialized personnel for detailed on-site investigations and power demand assessments. Given the high demand for reliable power in densely populated areas, the company focused on minimizing disruptions to both medical services and the daily lives of elderly residents while ensuring the backup power system would respond quickly and stabilize the supply in case of power outages. The construction team overcame challenging site conditions, efficiently completing equipment installation, laying of cables, and system debugging. After rigorous testing, the newly installed backup power system met all performance standards and fully supports the Center during emergencies.

In addition to expanding the core power capacity, the company organized multiple technical teams before and after the project to assist the hospital in thoroughly inspecting power lines and equipment for potential safety hazards. They provided one-on-one supervision to ensure timely rectification and offered professional guidance on technical standards. The company also assisted the hospital in refining internal power management procedures and emergency protocols. Furthermore, they conducted on-site training for operators on equipment handling and emergency response, effectively improving the hospital’s capacity for self-managed power safety.
