Several promotional sessions organized by Chinese participants highlighted Beijing's image and service capabilities, serving as powerful channels for international exchanges. The International Web Portal of Beijing demonstrated its nine-language "one-stop services", which meet the diverse needs of expats in terms of daily life, tourism, and investment information. The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism launched its "Amazing Beijing" promotional session, highlighting the cultural heritage of the city's central axis. The promotional session for the "Beijing Service" airport service counters introduced the comprehensive service model of the counters at both the Beijing Capital International Airport and the Beijing Daxing International Airport. The Beijing Overseas Talents Center presented the "Connect Beijing - Global Network for Innovation Services (GNIS)", providing digital tools to link global talented minds with local resources. Meanwhile, the Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning and Design unveiled its "Beijing Central Axis Through the Lens" exhibition, sharing cultural stories behind the city's spine.
Throughout the five days, visitors carried "Silk Road Passports" as they explored booths from 20 countries to get unique stamps, such as those shaped in a Georgian wine bottle and an Iranian rose pattern. This experience made visitors feel as if they had traveled the globe.

Exhibitors remarked highly of the event. Making its debut at the event, the Embassy of the Federated States of Micronesia in China presented the country's culture through distinctive handicrafts. Just after the embassy's staff workers finished their introduction, there were visitors asking how to book flights. "The Colourful World event came just in time!" one staff worker exclaimed.
