On December 7, the 2025-2026 ski season in Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province officially kicked off at the Meihuashan International Ski Resort in Zhongshan District, warmly inviting guests from across the country to experience this uniquely charming southern ice and snow feast.

This season centers on the "Ice and Snow +" concept, deeply integrating multiple elements such as sports, culture, study tours, cuisine, and hot springs. A diverse array of offerings and innovative activities will be introduced to create a southern winter tourism destination for visitors that combines thrilling sports, immersive experiences, cultural enrichment, and attentive hospitality.

To enhance the visitor experience, Liupanshui has improved transportation and services for this season. An "Ice and Snow Express" service now connects high-speed rail stations, bus terminals, and major ski resorts. Ticketing procedures have been streamlined, and a mini-program reservation system has been added to make travel more convenient and visits smoother.

Compared with previous years, this season's activities are richer and more diverse, featuring a series of competitions and events. Local characteristics are blended with flavors from other regions, and a New Year Goods Fair will be held, allowing visitors to bring home wonderful memories along with distinctive local products.
