On February 25, the Tiaohua (Flower Jumping) Festival was held at Sanhe Miao Village in Songqi Town, Anshun Economic Development Zone, Guizhou Province. Nearly 10,000 visitors from across the region and people of various ethnic groups gathered under the "Flower Tree," singing and dancing to celebrate the traditional Miao festival.
The Miao Tiaohua Festival is a folk activity observed by the Miao ethnic group in Guizhou to pray for favorable weather, bountiful harvests, and thriving livestock. It is also listed as a national-level intangible cultural heritage item in China.
