In recent years, thanks to joint efforts and the comprehensive co-governance of creek basin, Luci Creek with clear water and excellent water resources, has maintained its water quality between Class I and II all year round, and been enlisted the first batch of "Beautiful Rivers and Lakes" in Zhejiang Province. Luci Creek, with high-quality and limpid water, has attracted tourists from surrounding cities and driven the development of Luci Village's agritourism and homestay hotel industry.

"We hope that through establishing a Luci Creek co-governance community, we can remove the barrier of administrative division and achieve synergy between 'upstream and downstream regions' to make Luci Creek governance more effective," said the relevant person in charge of Fuchunjiang Town. Efforts will be stepped up to enhance the overall environment quality of Luci Creek, jointly develop the Luci Creek culture and protect the water ecosystem, thus improving people's sense of fulfillment and happiness.
