Eighteen 4A-Level Scenic Spots in Yuncheng to Offer Free Entrance to University Students This Summer

On June 7, the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair opened in Shenzhen. A series of exquisite artistic treasures of Yuncheng was showcased in a Shanxi-featured exhibition area, attracting a large number of visitors.

Taking this opportunity, a promotional conference of Yuncheng was held at the Lihu Campus of Shenzhen University with the theme "'Zhen'Hao, Yuncheng!". At the promotion conference, Wang Zhifeng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee of Yuncheng Municipality, Director of the Publicity Department and the United Front Work Department of the CPC Committee of Yuncheng, said that Yuncheng is making every effort to build itself into an international cultural tourism destination and looking forward to friends from all walks of life to visit Shenzhen sincerely.

At the promotion conference, the area specific for techniques, arts and crafts of intangible cultural heritage of Yuncheng attracted a large number of visitors, teachers and students alike to come. The public regional brands of "Yuncheng Apple", "Yuncheng Flour" and "Yuncheng Vegetables" and other regional-specific and high quality agricultural products from Yuncheng were favoured by the public.

According to the Yuncheng Culture and Tourism Bureau, Yuncheng will carry out a stamps collecting and "tick-off" activity called "Visit Scenic Spots, Free Tickets, and Get Prizes" for college and university students all over the country this summer. While visiting Yuncheng, all these students can take tourist bus for free within Yuncheng city with their ID cards or student ID cards, visit 18 4A-level scenic spots such as the Guandi Temple in Haizhou, Yuncheng Yanhu and Stork Tower (Guanquelou) for free, and get prizes.

In addition, Yuncheng Cultrue and Tourism Bureau established a tourist service alliance with Yuncheng Civil Aviation Airport Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. to distributes free annual tickets with a value of CNY 1 million. Anyone who takes flight of Shenzhen Airlines to Yuncheng for sightseeing can visit 24 key A-level scenic spots in Yuncheng for free for an unlimited number of visits within a year by showing the boarding pass.
