Heluo Culture is the root of the Chinese civilization. From September 29 to October 26, 2021 Heluo Cultural Tourism Festival has leveraged Luoyang's abundant cultural and tourism resources, and rolled out 7 culture-oriented tourist routes themed on "Touring Luoyang, Learning History".

A journey on the root of culture presents numerous scenic areas, such as Stele of Confucius Inquiring Etiquette of Zhou Dynasty, Zhougong Temple, Guanlin Temple, Ercheng Cultural Park, Shaoyong Former Residence, Hangu Pass, White Horse Temple, Longmen Grottoes, Hometown of Xuanzang, Memorial Hall of Hakka Origin, and Luoyang Folk Museum.

II. Journey on Capital Ruins
A journey on capital ruins highlights Erlitou Site Museum of the Xia Capital, Sui and Tang Luoyang City National Heritage Park, Dingdingmen Site Museum, Luoyang City of Han and Wei Dynasties, Luoyang Sui and Tang Grand Canal Museum, Hanjia Granary, Huiluo Granary and Luoyi Ancient City.
