Recently, the 13th Great Shudao International Cultural Tourism Festival opened at the Zengjiashan Scenic Area in Chaotian District, Guangyuan, Sichuan.

Themed "Traveling Along the Great Shudao, Improving Health in Zengjia Mountain," this event was organized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Guangyuan. The event included an opening ceremony, the "Invest in Sichuan, Focus on Guangyuan" Great Shudao Cultural, Tourism and Ecological Industry Investment Conference, a night tour titled "Ancient Charm and Modern Elegance, Embroidering Shudao", and the 2023 "Delicious Guangyuan" culinary competition, among other activities. The aim is to promote Guangyuan's development as an international cultural and tourism destination and a health improvement resort along the Great Shudao.

Located at the intersection of Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces, Guangyuan is a culturally renowned city along the ancient Shudao. Today, this magical land, on the southern foothills of the Qinling Mountains and along the Jialing River, is writing a new chapter of the era, exuding brilliant vitality and vigor.
At the opening ceremony, Chaotian District of Guangyuan was awarded various titles including being a pilot county for the outdoor sports industry in Sichuan Province, a construction unit for the Forest Health Improvement Resort Area of Sichuan Province, a destination for rural tourism in Sichuan Province, a practical training base for the School of Health and Rehabilitation, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as a practice base for college students(in rural development).
The event is expected to further promote the deep integration and development of culture and tourism in the Great Shudao region, and to strengthen the exploration and utilization of historical and cultural resources, contributing to the quality development of Guangyuan's cultural and tourism industry.
