Cities within the Luoyang Metropolitan Circle are connected by their nature, people and cultures. And the long-lasting Heluo Culture of the region serves as a strong mental bond of the circle construction.
Since the start of this year, Luoyang has been deepening the integrated development of Metropolitan Circle, from the issuance of tourism annual pass, group exhibitions of cultural relics to the deeper communication and cooperation of public cultures, to boom its culture and build up a metropolitan circle with integrated culture and tourism.
