The "Chinese Museum Trending Searches" is the first comprehensive recommendation list centered on popularity in the field of Chinese museums. The list takes the registered museums published by National Cultural Heritage Administration as the sample database. Based on the four dimensions of exhibitions, the public, communication and brands, a total of 20 indices centered on originality, academic level, visits, interaction, trending searches, release and others have been set up as the criteria for evaluation. The data come from statistics and analysis of thousands of online queries at every moment, reflecting the status quo and potential of the current museum industry and showing how much attention netizens pay to various museums to a certain degree.
