Time for night viewing

In winter, the sun rises around 7:30 and sets around 17:30. The time may change slightly every day. It is therefore recommended to arrive about 20 minutes earlier at the top of the mountain and find a good viewing position to see the sunrise.

Lights for night viewing are turned on after sunset at about 17:30 and last for 30 minutes. Lights will not be turned on in bad weather conditions. For visitors with no plan to stay overnight at the summit, it is strongly recommended to take the ropeway downwards after watching the night view lighting.
