Luoyang to Implement 2024 Summer and Autumn Flight Schedule: Adding and Restoring a Batch of Routes
Luoyang Beijiao Airport has commenced the execution of the 2024 summer and autumn flight schedule from March 31, adding and restoring a batch of routes.
Following the implementation of the summer and autumn flight schedule, the flight from Luoyang to Bangkok will be designated as UQ2641, executing flight once a week on Fridays, departing from Luoyang at 12:35 and arriving in Bangkok at 16:50. The return flight, UQ2642, will depart from Bangkok at 18:10 and arrive in Luoyang at 22:10.
The newly added and restored routes include a new route from Luoyang to Chifeng to Ulanhot, operated by Chengdu Airlines, will fly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The schedule is as follows: Ulanhot 09:00 - 10:20 Chifeng, Chifeng 11:00 - 13:15 Luoyang; Luoyang 13:55 - 16:00 Chifeng, Chifeng 16:40 - 18:00 Ulanhot. The restored routes from Luoyang to Hangzhou and Luoyang to Xining, operated by Xiamen Airlines, will fly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The schedule is as follows: Hangzhou 07:00 - 08:55 Luoyang, Luoyang 14:55 - 16:40 Hangzhou; Xining 12:20 - 14:10 Luoyang, Luoyang 09:40 - 11:35 Xining. The encrypted routes from Luoyang to Shenyang and Luoyang to Chongqing will operate twice daily.
The schedule for Spring Airlines is as follows: Shenyang 14:10 - 16:45 Luoyang, Luoyang 22:50 - 01:00 (+1) Shenyang; Chongqing 20:35 - 22:05 Luoyang, Luoyang 17:30 - 19:25 Chongqing. The schedule for Qingdao Airlines is as follows: Shenyang 10:35 - 13:10 Luoyang, Luoyang 19:00 - 21:05 Shenyang; Chongqing 16:55 - 18:15 Luoyang, Luoyang 14:05 - 15:45 Chongqing.
Following the summer and autumn flight schedule adjustments, Luoyang Beijiao Airport will have 16 routes connecting 22 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanchang, Harbin, Haikou, Sanya, Nanning, Chengdu, Weihai, Urumqi, Hangzhou, Xining, Shenyang, Chongqing, Guiyang, Fuzhou, Hohhot, Chifeng, Ulanhot, and Bangkok.
The officer of the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce stated that since the resumption of the Luoyang to Bangkok international route on November 1, 2023, approximately 10,000 passengers have been transported, injecting new vitality into the economic and cultural exchanges between the two places. Future plans involve expediting air route expansion, advancing the third-phase expansion project of the airport, enhancing collaboration with airlines like Spring Airlines, and intensifying efforts to expand domestic and international flight routes. The goal is to restore or add five to ten domestic and international routes annually, striving for an annual passenger throughput of over 1.2 million.
